Crownstone
The golden rock under Crown Hill. It carries sound, and it’s the gold that shows through the cracks when a Shredquake hits.
More about the stone
Crownstone carries sound the way water carries ripples. The Crown’s bell was cast with crownstone dust, which is why it rang gold, and a century of midnights soaked into the stone. Months of curfew left it hard to wake. Under the hill lie the crownstone caverns, which the crews reach in season 4.
In the game The gold in a Shredquake’s cracks.
