The Night

For a hundred years Crown City’s nights had a name. The Night began when the Crown rang at midnight, a tradition called the Midnight Crown, and ran till dawn: arcades open, food carts, rooftop sessions, skaters everywhere.

Quiet Hours ended it, officially. Three grown-ups keep it alive behind the scenes: a bell-ringer who lost his bell, a DJ who lost her station and a dispatcher who never loses anything.
