Night Market
After launchLantern-lit food stalls, steam and awnings, packed into the lanes off Arcade Row in warm orange and teal. When Quiet Hours began, the Night Market refused to close. It just started trading in whispers.
It opens after launch, in season 2, through Lantern Lane off Arcade Row, and it brings a new crew with it.
What happens there
The Commissioner answers the market with a Silent Market order, and DJ Lowkey goes back on air from the stalls.
