Arcade Row is downtown Crown City: a canyon of arcade marquees, noodle bars, crown billboards and taxis hissing over wet asphalt, all magenta, cyan and crown yellow. Before Quiet Hours it was the loudest street on the coast.

The signs still glow all night. The cabinets just don’t make a sound anymore. Every run starts here, with the Marquee Steps behind you and the Blinkcade billboard overhead.
