Honey Express night courier

Rumble

Playable now

They said keep it down. I heard drop in.

Rumble is a nineteen-year-old brown bear who delivers parcels for Honey Express on a skateboard, because the trucks are too slow for Arcade Row. He’s warm, funny and physically unable to whisper.

Quiet Hours didn’t make him a rebel. It made him the last one still making noise, which is lonelier than it looks. He isn’t trying to start a fight. He just wants to hear the city loud again.

Then, one night on Arcade Row, he landed a trick so loud the street answered: gold cracks, a shockwave, every Quiet Hours poster on the block torn loose. Crown City calls it a Shredquake. Nobody alive had seen one.

How to spot him

Hood up with his ears poking out, a black cap worn over the hood, cream drawstrings, black cargo pants and black skate shoes with a small crown on the side. His deck is maple, with a yellow crown on it. Tolly built it for him.

Where the deck came from

Tolly built it from old oak out of the Crown’s belfry. He won’t say so, and Rumble only finds out in season 3.

Where his story goes

Rumble starts out loud for its own sake. Over five seasons he learns to listen, and his noise turns into music: by the end, a Shredquake is something he does with the city, not at it.
