The loudest bird in Crown City now broadcasts in a whisper, from a different roof every night, to a whole city listening on headphones.

When the Hush Patrol raided her studio this summer, her tapes went flying across the districts. Those are the lost mixtapes, and every one Rumble finds puts another song back on the air.

Between runs she’s the voice in your ear, and her request line is the Jukebox.

Where her story goes

In season 2 the Commissioner answers the Night Market with a Silent Market order, and Lowkey goes back on air from the stalls.
