The last season climbs to the summit of Crown Hill, and to the Crown itself.
What happens
The bell is recast. Rumble and the Commissioner strike a deal: a midnight ring, then a true quiet hour from 3 to 4 a.m.
How it ends
The Crown rings at midnight, and at 3 the whole city goes quiet together.
